You can link your Facebook/Google account or register with an email address.

If you register an email address, you will be sent a verification link after you have submitted your details. Either click the link in the email or paste it into your browser to activate your account.

If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam/junk folder first as sometimes these emails are filtered by your email service provider. Occasionally, these transactional emails may be blocked by email service providers. Email support@freevocals.com using the email address that you registered with and we will manually verify your account.

You may be using a temporary/disposable service or we have suspended your account. Please use a permanent address such as Gmail or contact support@freevocals.com

If you have lost access to the email that you registered with you need to email support@freevocals.com and you will be asked to confirm some information.

Only our internal Administration team can view your personal information, it cannot be seen by other customers or guests on the website.
